My name’s Patrick. I’m a philosopher, currently working on the limits and nature of beneficence.

I recently defended my DPhil Philosophy at the University of Oxford, under the supervision of Andreas Mogensen and Alison Hills.

As of August, I am the 2026-2027 Elizabeth D. Rockwell Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Houston, located within the Hobby School of Public Affairs.
